Returns & Exchanges Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, size exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.

In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag and original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted for items that have been labeled NON-RETURNABLE in the product description.

Wonderrobe reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE

Items can be exchanged for an alternative style.

REFUND

Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted and will be completed within approximately 8-10 business days.

RETURN FEES

In case you are returning your order, you will be burdened with the shipping cost.

In case your order is returned from outside of the EU, you will be additionally burdened with any other fees, duties and taxes imposed by customs authorities.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a purchase and you wish to return one or more items of your order, simply:

1. Pack the items you wish to return.
2. Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
3. Log in to your account.
4. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
5. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
6. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
7. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
8. If your order has more than one item, then select all items that you want to return.
9. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
10. Click "Submit request".
11. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
12. Ship the parcel to the following address:

13. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

Shipping in Greece is free for orders over 500 euros. You have also the option to pickup your order from our Athens Store. All orders within Greece are shipped with Speedex.

International orders are shipped with DHL Express.

Extra charges may apply for remote locations. In such cases, an email will be sent for your approval prior to shipment of your order. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Please note that delivery outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes and duties, which are the client's responsibility where they apply. Please note that for orders shipped to the USA, there are no import taxes and duties for purchases below 800 us dollars (approximately 750 euros).

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major public holidays.

Wonderrobe shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control.

When the order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the status of your order.

Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm (CET). Please make sure that someone will be available to receive and sign for your delivery. In case no one is available for the delivery, the courier will leave a message with a contact number you must call to arrange for your re-delivery. Undelivered orders will be returned to us after a period of one week. In this case, re-deliveries will be charged with additional shipping fees.
