This includes sourcing items from reputable suppliers, conducting detailed internal verification, and utilising Entrupy’s AI-powered authentication technology to support product legitimacy checks. Entrupy is used by Wonderrobe as part of our authentication process, helping analyse materials, hardware, and brand identifiers using machine-learning classification.
While Wonderrobe strives for the highest authentication standards, we cannot guarantee that every item is authentic and will not be held liable for any inadvertent sale of inauthentic or misrepresented goods. The Buyer acknowledges that the nature of second-hand items may inherently limit the ability to verify absolute authenticity, even when supported by advanced AI analysis.
Despite the above, Wonderrobe offers a 30-day money-back authenticity guarantee on all purchases. Within this period, if the Buyer can provide verifiable proof that an item is inauthentic, Wonderrobe will issue a 100% refund. We will reassess the product, including reviewing our original authentication data (including Entrupy results where available) and compare this against the Buyer’s evidence to make a final determination.
Beyond these statements, Wonderrobe shall not be liable for any additional claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to the authenticity of second-hand items sold.
